Why we collect it

To provide and improve our services, manage bookings and invoices, communicate with you, maintain security, comply with laws, and run analytics (aggregate insights only).

Disclosures & overseas recipients

We use third-party providers for hosting, email, file storage and images (e.g. Hostinger, Microsoft 365, Sirv, and analytics if enabled). Some may be located outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure they protect your information consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Access, correction & complaints

To access or correct your personal information, or to complain about privacy handling, email support@troubleshootit.com.au. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Security & retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. We keep data only as long as needed for business and legal purposes, then securely delete or de-identify it.
