We provide training and technology support to individuals and small organisations. Services are delivered on a reasonable skill and care basis; outcomes are not guaranteed.

Bookings & payment

Bookings are confirmed on payment (or as otherwise agreed in writing). Prices are in AUD and may include GST where applicable.

Cancellations & refunds

See our Refunds & Cancellations policy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and lawful use of our site and services.
• Maintain backups of your data and systems; we are not responsible for data loss.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the services or the cost of re-supply. Nothing limits your ACL rights.

Intellectual property

Website content is our IP; your materials remain yours. You grant us a licence to use materials you provide solely to deliver services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia.
